FireAde Class A

Environmentally formulated FireAde® Class A foam is the newest generation in Class A nonfluorinated foam. Using Green Agent Technology™, this fluorine free formula prevents environmental hazards and demonstrates our long term commitment to the environment. The foam agent is formulated to prevent additional environmental hazards when applied to a fire. The ability of FireAde® Class A foam to not only extinguish but sustain extinguishment once applied is superior to other Class A foams. FireAde Class A will not clog, gum, or corrode foam systems and equipment. This concentrate implements a dramatically changed chemistry compared to most Class A foams. This chemistry enables FireAde® Class A foam to be used in all types of foam portioning systems, compressed air foam systems (CAFS), in-line eductors, and standard foam equipment.

Applications

  • Grass fires and Initial Structural Knockdown:
    0.10% - 0.25%
  • Tire Fires, Landfill Fires, Coal Fires and Wildland Fires:

    0.50% - 1.0%

Application Notes

Recommended to set foam system defaults between 0.25% and no more than 0.50%
